Upland hunting enthusiast and conservationist Mark Walker in partnership with Timber Hills Lake Manager Joey Bisogno have developed one of the Midwest’s finest bird dog training facilities. Avid wild bird hunters, hunt test competitors and lodge managers recognize that owning a well-bred dog is only the first step in having a great hunting companion. Proper dog and handler training are essential. A well trained and conditioned dog will perform to the best of their abilities and be more productive in the field. Often lack of time and access to convenient training grounds make it impractical to train and condition a pointing bird dog on your own. Our kennels and expansive grounds located in rural Southeast Kansas provide the ideal environment and resources to develop a bird dog to its full potential.
