Dimitrios Meletis is a linguist presently working as a postdoc researcher at the University of Vienna. His main research interests are grapholinguistics (the interdisciplinary study of writing and literacy), linguistic normativity, and the (meta-)pragmatics of digital communication. In studying them, he employs a variety of methods from, among others, structuralism, discourse analysis, and sociolinguistics.
