The Levee, Central Maitland transforms into a global village as over 30 cultures join the Maitland Riverlights festival to celebrate the areas diversity through food, music, dance, and interactive experiences. Running across 5 days, Maitland will become a delicious melting pot of culinary delights. The festival will be running several smaller activations in the lead up to the main event day on the Saturday 12 October, which is when the festival really shines, culminating at night with the popular festival parade and magical lantern flotilla featured on the Hunter River.
